Common questions

When will my fresh chile ship?

Fresh Hatch chile ships Wednesdays in season (July through October). You'll get a tracking email the day it leaves the farm.

What if my shipment is damaged?

Take photos and start a chat or call us, within 4 hours of delivery for perishables (fresh or frozen), or 24 hours for non-perishables. We refund or reship, your choice. See our satisfaction guarantee for full details.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Perishables (fresh and frozen chile) ship to the lower 48, plus Alaska & Hawaii with Overnight service. Dry goods can ship to Puerto Rico via USPS, and internationally by phone order. Contact us for a quote.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Only before the shipping label has been printed. Start a chat or call us as soon as possible. Once a label is printed for a perishable order, we cannot change it.
