We thought you’d like to know that the 2012 harvest is about to start. We plan to ship early next week for delivery on Thursday or Friday so, if you’ve already ordered, get ready to roast some chile!
If you’ve ordered a 10 or 25 lb box, you’ll receive a shipment notification via email from FedEx the day we ship your order. This email will include your tracking number(s). If you lose this email, you can also track your order by logging in to your account with us and clicking on the “My Account” link at the top of the page. You’ll see a list of previous orders on the following page. Click on the “View” button for the appropriate order and you’ll see your tracking number(s) listed in the order comments. Tracking numbers for 5lb boxes can be found in the order comments as well.
If you can’t receive your order next week and haven’t made special arrangements with us, please reply to this email so we can work out an alternate ship date. We typically ship chile through late September so we rarely have problems finding a good week.
This is a friendly reminder that chile season will soon be upon us. Our farm was blessed to miss most of the hail which hit the valley this spring so we are one of the few farms with plenty of chile this year. We expect to start shipping the second week of August, so if you have already placed a pre-order and this week doesn’t work for you please let us know.
If you haven’t placed a pre-order yet, we encourage you to do so soon as our 15% pre-order discount expires at the end of July. Pre-orders are guaranteed priority over customers who order later in the case of inclement weather or other delays plus you save quite a bit.

We would also like to thank you, our wonderful customers, for letting us provide you with the worlds BEST chile year after year! We hope you have a great summer and that you enjoy your chile fix this August.
We have begun accepting orders for the 2011 green chile season. Prices are a little lower than last year, and can be viewed in our online catalog in the fresh green chile section. We will be shipping all 10 and 25 lb boxes via FedEx as usual and will continue shipping 5 lb boxes of fresh green via the USPS flat rate priority mail box. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us by email at email@example.com
