Product Description

Our Roasted Hatch Chile is the most convenient way to enjoy delicious, authentic New Mexican green chile. We do all the hard work for you (roasting, peeling, and packaging), then flash freeze your chile to ensure it stays fresh and ready to use throughout the year. All our frozen Hatch Green Chile is flame-roasted in the traditional New Mexican style, peeled by hand, and packaged in 1lb vacuum-sealed freezer bags. We ship frozen on dry ice in insulated containers.

We now ship ground to most US addresses and fill all orders for our roasted products out of two strategically located satellite warehouses. Rest assured, though, the chile is still grown, roasted, peeled, and frozen here in the sunny Hatch Valley of New Mexico!

Our roasted, frozen Hatch Green Chile is available whole (flame-roasted and hand-peeled) and chopped (flame-roasted, hand-peeled, then de-seeded, de-stemmed, and chopped in small squares) in Mild, Medium, and Hot.
