There are chunks of pork, potatoes, onions, and, of course, Hatch Green Chile! You'll think you're having dinner with your Abuela!
Cooking Instructions:
The stew is fully cooked but needs to be reheated to 165 degrees. This can be done in the microwave, crock pot, or on the stovetop.
Serving Suggestions:
Add your favorite toppings such as avocado, cilantro, sour cream, or Greek yogurt. Serve with a warm flour tortilla on the side.
