Common questions

When will my fresh chile ship?

Fresh Hatch chile ships Wednesdays in season (July through October). You'll get a tracking email the day it leaves the farm.

What if my shipment is damaged?

Take photos within 24 hours of delivery and reply to your order email or call us. We refund or reship — your choice. See our satisfaction guarantee for full details.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Lower 48 only for perishables (fresh and frozen chile). Ristras, wreaths, and dry goods can ship internationally — contact us for a quote.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Only before the shipping label has been printed. Call us as soon as possible — once a label is printed for a perishable order, we cannot change it.
