Roasted Hatch Green Chile (Frozen)
Our most popular product ships year-round. We flame-roast fresh Hatch chile in the traditional New Mexican style, hand-peel each pod, then flash-freeze in vacuum-sealed 1-pound bags. Available whole (for stuffing rellenos) or chopped (for recipes), in mild, medium, and hot heat levels. Ships on dry ice to arrive frozen at your door.
Our frozen products qualify for bundle discounts: 20% off 2 items, 25% off 3, or build a custom bundle box for up to 30% off 4+ items.
Hatch Green Chile Rellenos
Restaurant-quality chile rellenos made with whole roasted Hatch chile stuffed with a blend of cheeses, hand-battered, and frozen. Heat in the oven or air fryer for a crispy exterior and melty interior. Each order includes 12 rellenos—enough for 4-6 servings. Also available: Red Chile Rellenos made with ripened red Hatch chile.
Hatch Chile Tamales
Traditional New Mexican tamales made with stone-ground masa and our Hatch-grown chile. Choose from Red Chile Pork, Green Chile Chicken, or Green Chile Cheese (vegetarian). Each order includes one dozen tamales, frozen and ready to steam or microwave.
Hatch Chile Sauces
Our shelf-stable sauces bring Hatch chile flavor to any kitchen. The Hatch Green Chile Sauce is ready to pour over enchiladas, burritos, or eggs. The Fresh Red Chile Sauce delivers the earthy, slightly sweet flavor of ripened Hatch red chile. Both available in multiple heat levels.
How We Ship Bestselling Products
Different products require different handling to arrive fresh:
- Frozen products (roasted chile, rellenos, tamales, chimichangas, stew) ship early in the week on dry ice in insulated containers. Orders placed after Wednesday may be held until the following Monday to ensure weekend delivery doesn't compromise quality.
- Jarred products (sauces, salsas) and dried goods (pods, powders) are shelf-stable and ship anytime via ground service.
- Fresh chile ships during Hatch chile season (August-September) and must be roasted within a few days of arrival.
See our complete shipping information for delivery times and policies.
New to Hatch Chile?
If you're trying Hatch chile for the first time, start with our Roasted Hatch Green Chile—it's our most versatile product and the foundation of New Mexican cooking. A single pound of chopped medium-heat chile is enough to make green chile cheeseburgers, add to scrambled eggs, top nachos, or stir into queso. Check out our recipe collection for inspiration.
