Chile, Chili or Chilly?

When I first started here at The Hatch Chile Store, I had a really hard time remembering to type chile instead of chili! I blamed it on my Texas roots. Now, chile comes off my fingers so much easier.

If you struggle to remember which way to spell delicious Hatch Chile, remember this little phrase: Add chile to your chili on a chilly day!
