Hatch Green Chile Bean Dip


  • 16 oz refried beans
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup hatch green chile
  • ¼ cup jalapeno
  • 1 Tablespoon jalapeno juice
  • 2 Tablespoons of Red Chile Seasoning
  • 2 Cups shredded Cheddar, divided


  1. In a blender or bullet blender, puree Hatch Green Chile,
    jalapenos and juice
  2. Combine refried beans, cream cheese and sour cream
  3. Add Red Chile Seasoning and pureed chile and jalapenos.
  4. Pour into an 8x8 baking dish (or equivalent)
  5. Top with remaining cheese
  6. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes
  7. Garnish as desired
  8. Serve with chips or veggies or use as a burrito filling
