Hatch Green Chile Cheese Log


  • 8oz softened cream cheese 
  • 1 jar chopped pimentos, drained
  • 1/2 cup Hatch Green Chile, chopped small


  1. Sandwiching the processed cheese between two layers of plastic wrap, roll the cheese flat. 
  2. Repeat process with the cream cheese. I found cutting the cream cheese into smaller blocks works best.
  3. Spread pimentos and Hatch Green Chile
  4. Using the plastic wrap below the cheese layers, roll the cheese layers into a log. 
  5. Refrigerate overnight. 
  6. Serve with crackers
