Hatch Green Chile Cilantro Ranch


  • ½ cup cilantro leaves, remove large stems
  • ½ cup chopped Hatch Green Chile
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • 1 heaping tablespoon Ranch Dressing Mix
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • ¼ cup of milk with 1 tablespoon lime juice or ¼ cup of


  1. Using a blender or bullet blender, puree Hatch Green Chile
    and cilantro.
  2. For thicker consistency, combine all of the other items in a mixing bowl. Add the chile/cilantro mix and mix well. Add the milk or
    buttermilk to desired consistency.
  3. For thinner consistency, put everything into the blender and blend.
  4. Refrigerate at least two hours before serving.
  5. Serve over salad, with chips, or veggies.
