Green Chile Meatloaf
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ pound ground beef
- 1 whole finely chopped onion
- 1 cup finely Roasted Chopped Hatch Green Chile
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup Italian bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons of Filtered New Mexico Honey
- 1 can Rotel with green chile
- 1 finely chopped bell pepper
- 1-8 oz. can of tomato sauce
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl until well incorporated.
- Place mixed ingredients into a glass baking dish (9×13)
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Top with ketchup to taste (optional) and bake for 15 more minutes.
- Serve hot!
