Freeze Dried Chopped Hatch Green Chile

Great product. It’s quick and easy. Just wish it had more heat.

I love having the freeze dried chopped Green Chile Medium in my pantry to add to whatever I'm cooking.

There are so many uses for Freeze Dried Chopped Hatch Green Chile. Three of my favorites are Pizza, Smash Burgers and Quacamole. The Frozen Chili just doesn't work! Hope they soon do a HOT or possibly a RED & GREEN mix.

Now that we live far from the abundance of the fresh Chile season, this freeze dried Chile is truly the best. Perfect for cooking at home, camping, and as a gift for food loving friends.

These freeze dried Chiles are great…if you don’t have the time or desire to wait on frozen to defrost, then those really fit the bill! Highly recommend!

Easy to use great to store!

I love the freeze dried chili, I can just throw it in anything that I want to eat. Let it sit for a little bit and chow down.

This is my second bag of freeze-dried green Chile and the second bag of green/red Chile. Both add delicious flavor to most all of my soups and stews, as well as to bean dishes! The convenience is great too! Thank you for the recipes and suggestions for use of all your products, too. That encourages my creativity! Kathy

Surprisingly excellent medium green chile. Only problem is that it should come in larger packs, to avoid waste and that most people would order 1/4, 1/2 or 1 lb packs. I also ordered jars of green from El Pinto which are only slightly superior. Good work guys! As Arnie said, "I'll be back". Andrew/Frances

If perfect was a flavor, it would be colored Hatch Chile!!! As in grilled cheese and Hatch chile on sourdough!! What an amazing ides. Thanks Hunny!

I love this on all my veggies!

I have not tried the freeze dried chile yet. These are going into my emergency supplies and I will have my Hatch chile fix even if we have a grid down situation. I will still buy the fresh Hatch chile each year to freeze and use through out the year. Now that I no longer live in New Mexico, I NEED to still have Hatch chiles to cook with.
