Shipping
All Mix-Match-Save items ship together from our warehouse in Hatch, New Mexico via ground. Typical transit time is 2–5 business days depending on your location. Because everything in this collection is shelf-stable, there is no cold shipping needed — keeping your costs significantly lower than frozen orders.

Can I mix different product types to reach a discount tier?
Absolutely — that is the whole idea. Combine sauces with powders, nuts with dried pods, or any mix of qualifying products. Every item in this collection counts toward your tier regardless of category or price.
Do multipacks count as one item or multiple?
Multipacks count as one item toward your discount tier, not by the number of individual units inside the pack.
Can I combine Mix-Match-Save items with frozen products?
Frozen products (roasted chile, rellenos, tamales) ship separately from distribution centers in New Jersey and California, so they have their own discount structure. MMS items ship from our Hatch, NM warehouse. You can order both in the same transaction — they will ship in separate packages with separate discount calculations.
Is there a maximum number of items I can order?
No maximum. The 40% discount tier at 24 or more items is the highest percentage, and it applies to every qualifying item in your cart once you reach that threshold.
What heat levels are available?
Most sauces and salsas come in mild, medium, and hot. Some products (the 575 line, Fresh Red Chile Sauce) also offer extra hot. Chile powders are available in multiple heat options. Nuts and snacks have fixed heat profiles. You can mix heat levels freely — they all count toward the same discount tier.
How long do these products last?
All MMS products are shelf-stable. Jarred sauces and salsas keep 12–18 months unopened in a cool, dry place. Chile powders and dried pods last 1–2 years stored properly. Nuts are best consumed within 6–12 months. Once opened, refrigerate jarred sauces and use within 2–3 weeks, or freeze for up to a year.
