The wreath is beautiful. However it was shipped with no padding at all which during the holidays is extra risky and resulted in about a dozen chile pods coming off. I was told by customer service that this was inevitable. Maybe it would be less so if some bubble wrap were put around it. When you spend over $100 for a 13” wreath plus $14 shipping...
