Is this the same product as the Fresh Chile Co. jar?

Similar, but ours is the real deal. Both feature Hatch green chile, but our jars are made from chile our family has been growing for generations in the Hatch Valley. Same concept, deeper legacy, bolder flavor. And your money goes straight to a family farm in the Hatch Valley.

Can I still buy the Fresh Chile Co. product?

Absolutely. We'll continue to carry it while our existing inventory lasts. But fair warning: once you try ours, you won't want to go back.

What's the difference in texture?

The textures are very similar. The Fresh Chile Co. jar can sometimes run a bit thicker, but we've intentionally left in all the chile juice for maximum flavor. More chile taste in every spoonful.
