The Proof Is in the Chile
This is a great roaster. Well made and the perfect size for small batches. This amount of chiles would have taken a few hours on the grill and the roasting would not be very uniform. The medium roaster had them done in a matter of minutes. I would recommend this roaster to anyone looking to get away from the grill. Now we have wonderful roasted...

I jus t r eceived it on Saturday and haven't had a chance to use it yet. My grandkids ar e really excited to start using it.
We have ordered other roasters in the past and from other companies but this roaster is by far the best we have received, the quality of the way it is built to the regulator!! We will never go anywhere else!!
High quality product makes the roasting process a breeze. Was able to grille our 25 pound chile box in about 15 minutes vs the 2 or 3 hours it use to take with a regular grill. It is expensive but well worth it. I considered purchasing a cheaper option from amazon but the reviews stated those cheaper roasters did not deliver a high heat flame an...
I was looking for a roaster that would work. I have been using my grill for years but I would lose so much between the grate. I looked at plans to make one but for the cost just could not beat this one. Best thing is it works great!
My medium roaster arrived in perfect condition. I can't wait to try it out when my yearly supply of Sandia's arrive in a couple of months. I order between 25 and 50 pounds every year and have wanted a roaster for a long, long time. It takes me back to the 12 years I lived in Albuquerque when I had my chiles roasted in one of the industrial sized...
Eas easy to start up and chilies roasted fast and good.
It’s been… over 25 years… since I lived in Albuquerque, where I would have my green chiles roasted in an industrial-scale version of your Medium Chile roaster at a grocery store every year. When I saw them in your store this year, there was an audible gasp. I immediately ordered one well just to make sure I’d have and be ready before my chiles a...

Roaster FAQs
No — propane roasters are for outdoor use only. They produce open flame and exhaust. Always operate on a stable, non-flammable surface outdoors.
Heavy gloves for handling the hot cage, long sleeves, eye protection, and a spray bottle of water nearby just in case. Never roast in windy conditions — flames can be carried by wind.
Standard 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects. Tank, hose, and regulator are user-replaceable consumables.
The roaster is designed for chile but the flame works for bell peppers, eggplant, tomatoes — anything where you want flame-roasted skin to slip off easily.
Let it cool fully. Brush out ash and chile skins. Wipe down with a damp cloth (no soap on the inside of the firebox). Store dry. The cage rotates out for easy cleaning.
