Shipping Information
Frozen items are shipped UPS, and we cannot ship them to PO Boxes. Please use a physical address when checking out.
We ship frozen items Tuesdays and Wednesdays only, so your box never sits in a depot over the weekend. Order by 2 AM MT on a ship day and it goes out that day; later orders go out on the next ship day. Everything arrives frozen on dry ice.
Shipped with dry ice, please use gloves to remove your items if dry-ice is still present on delivery, and handle with care.
