Frozen products ship on Tuesdays or Wednesdays according to the destination ZIP and service. Economy generally takes 1–3 business days by ZIP in the lower 48; Alaska and Hawaii are Overnight only. Fresh chile ships on Wednesdays during harvest, by Overnight service only. Fresh chile ships unrefrigerated and normally arrives at outdoor temperature.
