For years, we carried Fresh Chile Co.'s sun-dried red chile sauce because it shared our passion for authentic New Mexican flavor. But we always wanted to go further — to bring production in-house from start to finish and ensure the consistent quality you've come to expect from our family.

Now we can. Our Sun-Dried Hatch Red Chile Sauce is made right in our facility using traditional sun-dried red chile from the Hatch Valley — the same volcanic soil and desert sun that's made Hatch chile legendary for over a century.
