For years, we carried Fresh Chile Co.'s Jalapeño Salsa because it was a crowd favorite: bold, traditional, and packed with New Mexican flavor. But we always knew we could do it better by keeping everything in-house.

Now we can. Our New Mexico Salsa uses the same traditional recipe our family has been making for generations (jalapeños, tomatoes, onion, and garlic), but it's produced right in our Hatch Valley facility where we control every step from harvest to jar.

The result? A brighter, fresher salsa that tastes like it was just made in your kitchen. No middleman, no compromise. Just real New Mexican flavor from a family that's been doing this for over a century.

Is this the same product as the Fresh Chile Co. Jalapeño Salsa?

Same concept, better execution. Both are traditional New Mexican jalapeño salsas, but ours is made in-house at our Hatch Valley facility using our family's recipe. Same bold flavor you loved, now with the quality control and freshness that comes from doing it ourselves.

Can I still buy the Fresh Chile Co. version?

We'll continue to carry it while our existing inventory lasts. But fair warning: once you try ours, you won't want to go back.

Why does your version come in Medium and Hot?

The original only came in Hot, which meant a lot of folks who love jalapeño salsa but prefer a milder kick were left out. We added a Medium option so more people can enjoy it.
