Yes — our jars use glass with a BPA-free metal lid. No plastic in contact with the chile.

Not before opening — the sealed jar is shelf-stable. Refrigerate after opening and use within 7–10 days.

Check this product's description for current size options — typically 16 oz. One jar = 1 lb of chile (roughly the equivalent of one frozen bag).

Everything: green chile cheeseburgers, breakfast burritos, eggs, queso, stew, mac & cheese, sauces, soups. Anywhere you would use fresh-roasted or thawed Hatch chile.
