Product Description

These tasty Smoked Pork Red Chile tamales combine Texas twang with Hatch Red Chile making for a delicious combination of flavor and spice!

We use fluffy masa made with stone-ground maseca (dried corn) that is then stuffed with flavorful smoked pork drenched in a Hatch Red Chile sauce. Each tamale is wrapped in a paper shell and then steamed to perfection. Once steamed, these tamales will melt in your mouth. All of our tamales are handmade in small batches to ensure top-notch quality.

If you are looking for a more traditional New Mexican tamale check out our Hatch Red Chile Pork Tamale, made with shredded pork rather than smoked pork.

Packaged in bags of 12, our tamales are easy to defrost and steam or heat up in the microwave. For best results, defrost the tamales in the microwave (45 seconds per tamale) to start.

Steamer: Place the thawed tamales in a steamer for 8-12 minutes.

Oven: Pre-heat to 325°F. Wrap thawed tamales in tin foil and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
