It may be Hatch Chile Season, but it is also State Fair Season! Of course, the two have something in common!

One of the most popular events at the New Mexico State Fair is the Hatch Green Chile Cheeseburger contest! You know we love that! Since everyone can't experience the award-winning Hatch Green Chile Cheeseburger from the Oso Grill in Capitan, New Mexico,The Hatch Chile Store thought we would bring a little of the excitement to you!  

You can be a part of our Hatch Green Chile Cheeseburger Contest! 

Contest Rules

1. Make your favorite Hatch Green Chile Cheeseburger 

2. Post a selfie with you AND your burger on Social Media and tag @hatchgreenchile

3. Include what makes your burger special (sort of a mini recipe or the whole recipe if you want!)

No social media? Email the pic and recipe to support@hatch-green-chile.com

Additional guidelines: 

1. Your entry must contain all three items from above. (burger, selfie, hat makes it special)

2. Burgers must be made at home or at the park, etc. No restaurant burgers allowed! We want to see your creativity! 

All entries must be received by Midnight on Wednesday, September 27, 2023.

Prizes

We don't have a fancy prize to hang on your wall, but we will reward you with everyone's favorite - Hatch Green Chile! 

Our Bronze Level winner will receive 4 lbs of Fresh Chile!

Our Silver Level winner will receive 10 lbs of Fresh Chile!

Our Gold Level Winner will receive 25 Lbs of Fresh Chile!
