Product came a little later than I thought, but no big deal. I just had a sample of this and it was fantastic. Just the right about of flavor and heat.

Ordered the chili roasted and peeled. Unless you are a pro at doing both, order it like I did. Best decision I could have made. Only problem is, you can never order enough! I am a repeat customer. Love this place. We even got free shipping on our order.

As a Colorado native, living far from home and not being able to go down the street to get fresh roasted Chile’s, this is the absolute best answer for it. I have fresh roasted Chile’s delivered to my doorstep religiously. They arrive on time and always ready to be used in my favorite dishes. I could live without these Chile’s and have before I found the delivery side. But I don’t EVER want to again!

I normally can hardly wait for my next shipment of my Hatch green chile, except this shipment was sent during the week of Thanksgiving and we were out of town. I would recommend for next year, that they withhold all shipments during the week of Thanksgiving.
I do love my Hatch green Chile, though.

My frozen roasted Hatch Chilies arrived in perfect condition- still frozen solid carefully packed and surrounded with dry ice. I am looking forward to my next batch of pork chili verde.

I was looking for something to add some heat to sausage but be a bit different than the traditional spices. I still need to make the first batch but I love the flavor of the peppers and the heat is where I wanted it.

Perfect taste to add to just about anything you would like green chile on. It has flavor, a bit of a kick, but not so hot you can't enjoy it.

To be honest I haven't tried my Sandia peppers. I sent my son a few lbs.of sealed, roasted and peeled Sandia's, and he loves them, he said he tried one right away! Although my remaining 2lb. Sandia packs, I'll try soon, but I have tried the Sandia's fresh, where I roasted and peeled myself, and the heat, yeah baby!!, so I know they're great!
I still have some of the Big Jim chili's.
Hatch deserves 5 stars in my book.
Thanks Hatch Chili's folks for saving me the time, and effort, just thaw enough to take out what I need, put back in the freezer. That's what I'm talking about!
