How to start a return
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll either refund, reship, or credit toward a future order.
Why food is non-returnable
Once perishables leave the cold chain we can't safely accept them back, but our quality guarantee still applies. If anything is wrong, we make it right and you keep what you've got.
