Sun-Dried Red Chile Sauce

Pour it into pork and hominy and walla pozole

After living in NM and having the pork adovado, I have been trying to duplicate for years. With this sauce, I am pretty sure I can do it. The taste is right. Glad I got only the mild which is spicy enough for me.

Sauce is delicious as expected. Five stars for sauce quality First box arrived with all jars smashed. Hatch Chile responded immediately and replaced the jars quickly. Second box was very well packaged.

I have not tried the other jars of chile but totally satisfied with the red. I put it on my tamale and it was sooo good. I am hooked

We used this in our red enchiladas. Very tasty with a definite kick. We used the medium.

The red Chile sauce has multi use in our house. Pork and gravy, burritos and tamales. It’s also one of my favorites.

Actually surprised at the very nice taste. Did you use blenders or ricers for the making of the sauce? My parents were from Rodey.

If you want a quick chili starter, this stuff is for you. It has an amazing depth of flavor. The red chiles come through complementing any protein choice.

Very rich and complex sauce, and a nice change from my go-to favorite fresh sauce.

I received this and imediatley put it to good use in a chili con carne. It was totally awesome and it added a taste component that my wife raved about. (And she is a tough critic) Just the consistency of the sauce is thicker and not watered down like others on the market and the taste is so good. Great customer service as well!

It's so dang good! I make enchiladas every Christmas Eve and always use this sauce. I always get compliments on it. Tastes homemade and all I did was open a jar. I also use it when I make tortilla soup.

So many things you can put this on it has great flavor and I will keep ordering it.
