Varies by item — check the product description. As a rule: our ceramic mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe; stainless tumblers are dishwasher safe (top rack) but NOT microwave safe; printed pint / wine glasses we recommend hand-washing to preserve the print.
Machine wash cold, inside-out, with similar colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron directly on the print. Don't bleach. Cotton-blends will shrink slightly the first wash.
USPS or UPS standard for all swag. Apparel and drinkware ship from our Printful-style fulfillment partner; stickers and smaller items ship from our Deming, NM warehouse. Tracking provided via email.
