New Mexico Gold Salsa

I love this salsa, I crave it, thanks to the cook!

I’m from New Mexico living in New York and missed my salsa. I’ve shared my salsa with people in New York and now I’m buying it for everyone who tastes it. It’s absolutely amazing!! Feels like home!

This is my favorite commercial salsa. The roasted ingredients give it a deep flavor. And, there’s just enough acidity from the tomatoes (I think?). However, the “hot” moniker is undeserved. It barely makes it to medium heat. Still, you can’t beat that flavor.

I gave this jar to a friend who doesn't like hot salsas (like I do). She told me that she liked it because it was different than she ever had before and especially liked the consistency.

It is as it says "hot". My family loves it. We snack on it. Tried the medium one, not hot enough nor as thick. So I mixed them together. Still like the hot better.

This is a delicious, flavorful, spicey salsa. Its thick and wont drip. Perfect for chips and in cooking. It arrived well packed in pergecy cpndition.
