Our variety packs take the guesswork out of gifting — or out of deciding which products to try first. Each pack is assembled around a specific theme: all salsas, all spices, a posole set, a freeze-dried sampler, a mix of sauces and roasted chile, and more. The products inside are chosen to work together or to give a complete picture of one product category.
These are pre-curated by us, which makes them easier to give than a custom bundle — no decisions required, just pick the theme that fits the person. Packs ship shelf-stable where the contents allow, and frozen where they include roasted chile. Every item traces back to real Hatch Valley chile — grown in the valley along the Rio Grande in southern New Mexico that has defined the Hatch appellation since Joseph Franzoy planted the first commercial crop there in 1917. Our family has farmed that same valley for five generations.
