After living in Albuquerque for a few years, we were spoiled by the wonderful taste of hatch green chilis and are disappointed in having to settle for poblano peppers in chili rellenos at our east coast restaurants. These hatch green chili rellenos hit the spot, are great for cooking up a few at a time and taste so much better than the poblano pepper knock off version.
