I have been ordering Hatch chily for years. My family has been eating hatch chily forever. I use to order the pods, roast them, clean them then freeze the chily. Was a lot of work. Then I got lazy and started ordering Roasted hatch frozen chily . They come in hot ice and the taste of the chily is the same without all the work. Wondering why I didn't do this years ago.
