Delish. Adds so much flavor to whatever you put it on. Eggs, meatloaf, and sandwiches. Well worth buying

This chile is perfect for making NM style enchiladas.. I've yet to make them...but good tasting thicker chile.

I made chicken enchiladas for my husband and neighbor and they were a hit. The sauce was better than anything I ever had in a can. Plan on buying more of the red chili sauce. Next project is to try it on chili Colorado.

LOVE IT! I tried the mild but will probably order the medium next time.

The mild sauce has no heat but a lot of flavor. The medium has a kick to it. We’ve also had the hot and it’s too much for our children but still delicious. If you do t make homemade sauce and want authentic flavor chile then I recommend this.
