Having lived in Colorado for 45 years, green chiles and green chili became staple items in my kitchen. It didn’t occur to me before moving to Florida that the ONLY green chile available here is limited to 4oz condiment-size cans. Thank you for offering a lifeline to the awesome flavors of the southwest! Your products are GREAT, customer service exceptional, and I enjoy doing business with you.

Chiles and the bacon were both great. The shipping was very poor. No dry ice left, box was soaking wet when it got here! Everything was thawed and warm. Don’t know if I will order anything else.

I order 5 or 10 lbs of roasted, frozen Big Jim’s chiles once or twice a year. They always arrive at my home on the East coast still frozen. I have ordered from other purveyors and The Hatch Chili Store is by far the best place to get my chilies. Their chilies are thick and meaty, nicely roasted and FRESH!!!

The chiles arrived fresh and in good shape.

My only criticism is that I did not receive any notification that they were being shipped. I just happened to look on our porch and saw the box. It has been 100+ degrees here in Florida and they could have been ruined. I understood that I would be notified once the chiles were shipped. Last year, I was notified when shipped and when delivered.

But, I love your chiles and will continue to order. I roast them myself and freeze to use all year.
Thanks

I received my chile and it was perfect, none wilted at all. I spent that night until 3 in the morning, roasting all of it in my air fryer. It's been way too hot here in Tennessee to spend that much time outside roasting on the grill, lol. The house was full of the awesome aroma chile gives off. Thank you so much. I will be ordering more next year for sure!

What a great treat ! This Green Chili arrived in great condition and so fresh and smelled so good. The roasting did not take long and each chili pepper was easy to peel. Better yet, was taking the time to eat a snack of Green Chili and a flour tortilla while the remainder of the chili was roasting. The taste was perfect and I was not disappointed with this order.

Excellent! This is something like the 5th Year but I have ordered from the hatch chile store. Being born and raised in NM but moving to a different state where they do not have the proper and correct chile is difficult. The hatch chile store solves that problem and brings me right back home to the land of enchantment!

Shipped me mild variety, when I complained I was told that I was mistaken and there was nothing they would do. When I responded that I knew the difference and could tell not only by the heat level, (which could be fed to small children) but also by the length and thickness, thwy said they would give me a diacount on a future order of extra hot. Still unwilling to acknowledge they shipped the wrong product. Terrible customer service.

ShipAid Delivery, for me, the communication is lacking. It runs behind all updates I receive. I chose to track using both ShipAid & the actual carrier of purchase. It starts out fine, but then activity stops until after actual delivery has been made.

Chilies were so fresh my entire living area smelled of their freshness. Every single chili was good- no waste. Heat level was medium which is what I ordered. I’m use to the roasters being everywhere in Colorado, but here in Kansas, good luck. The tips I found on the website made it possible to roast without an outside grill. I appreciate the tips, recipes & products. 100% satisfied & will be ordering again!
