Good heat, plump, meaty chile, great flavor, just what the doctor ordered! I lived in New Mexico for over 30 years and now reside in Florida. The Hatch Chile Store is the perfect way to get my green chile fix! Arrived well packed and still frozen and in a timely manner. A++++ company and will get my future business!

We tried the Hatch Green Chile Bacon with my last order. Absolutely amazing and delicious. We had a BLT with this bacon and fresh tomatoes from our garden—best summer meal ever! I chopped some of the raw bacon and froze it for future recipes and froze the rest. The bacon fried up perfectly and didn’t seem to pop and splatter as much. Seasoning was just the perfect kick of heat and flavor. Highly recommend!

The Chile Rellenos from Hatch are excellent. From the wrapping to the Chile the flavor is very good and the cheese filling just right. They are as good as any I have enjoyed for many years. Worthy product. Very well made. Shipped and received frozen. Thanks. I will be ordering more in the future.

I've been eating the hot New Mex Green chile (NMGC) since the '60's as my mother was born in Albuquerque. At 87 she doesn't do the yearly roast anymore however you all have made it easy to order the same delicious NMGC whenever I want! Obtaining and delivery has changed immensely making the convenience so easy.
I eat it literally daily with various dishes and now have my wife from the Philippines hooked as well. She especially loves omlettes loaded with chopped, roasted NMGC aleady preseasoned (by me) with salt and finely chopped garlic, topped with melted cheese. Mom takes it in her purse already prepared as well, to restaurants to add to her food. NMGC for life.

Product was delivered as expected. Unfotunately, it came on a day that was extremely hot temperature wise and left on the front porch, so had to make an unexpected trip home from work during the day to put them inside so the heat did not affect them. As always, we were extremely happy with our Hatch green chilis!!

Ordered hot and got mild! Not happy and yes I know how to prep green chile, been doing over 40 years.
Will not order from you again as you only offered me to re-order and get half price. I was asking for a 10% discount, which was more than reasonable considering I got 50lbs of the wrong chile!

These chiles are by far the very best in the country! You want hot; you get hot. If you want medium, that’s what you get with just the right amount of kick, which is my preference. To haven’t tried the mild but I’m sure that's what they are. I fell in love with the Joe Parker chiles. The chiles are quite meaty and they make the best rellenos. They make the best enchilada sauce! You won’t be sorry because they are delicious!!

The chiles arrived on a Wednesday morning and were absolutely beautiful. We roasted almost half of them that day, and bagged and froze most of them. But I had to return to work for the next couple of days so we waited to roast the rest. Unfortunately we didn't realize we would have to refrigerate them and most of the remaining batch became spoiled. We salvaged a few more to roast (and freeze) but had to discard the rest. Bummer. We've really enjoyed the few we've eaten so far though. Lesson learned.

First time ordering here. Got 10 pounds of fresh green chiles. Could not have gone better. Shipped overnight so I got them super fresh on a Friday ready to spend my weekend roasting and freezing these. They showed up in beautiful condition and have already made some delicious (and hot!) meals. I’m so happy with this process I will probably buy the bigger 25 pounds next time and maybe a table top roaster to help with the extra work.
