I roasted these myself and they were great! It had been a long time since I'd roasted them myself and I definitely will be upgrading to the already roasted and chopped variety when I order this year. SOOOO thankful for online order-I moved from NM to Wisconsin and miss chile the most!

OMG! Can't say enough good things about this product! I get it fresh, roast it up, peel it, and freeze it. I have enough of the worlds best green chili to last me at least a year. Nobody can grow it better for the right price, and get it to you as fresh!

My chili was awesome and I anxiously await this seasons pre ordered chili. I can't compare this chili, as it is the only chili I buy. It was great for rellenos. I did find that after a while, the mild gets a bit warm. I hear it goes with the territory. A little sugar on the chili did wonders. Thanks

Great idea. They kept me up when it would be picked and the product came in fresh and still smelling like the chile fields. The pre-ordering is a great bargain.

Just got my 2016 batch of Hatch Hot Green Chili from the store. The Chilies were in great shape. We have already roasted them and have started to enjoy them. They seem to be hotter then last year.

We live in Midland and do get a little green chile in this area. However, Hatch Green Chile is a big part of what I look forward to every year. It is so nice to be able to order roasted green chile in vacuum packs that are delivered frozen. It saves me time from having to do it myself. It is a great product and they company offers a wonderful service. I will continue to order from them.

The best money I spent on food in 2015. These chile's work with just about anything, but invaluable for adding to leftovers for goulash. I'll be ordering more this year! Great job, Hatch!

This is our favorite Green Chile by far. The medium-hot chile is hearty and meaty. It always adds such great flavor to our meals. We include it with our breakfast and dinners. We pre-order every year as we always need our green chile stash. Nothing compares to the Medium-Hot Big Jim.

Ordered 25lbs of Lumbre and 25lbs of hot last year. Both stands are great, but the heat of the lumbre is more to my liking! I love the lumbre so much I ordered a 50lbs of it this year. That's a solo supply just for me, and whoever the lucky individuals are when I'm cooking a pot. I ordered another 17lbs of chili from another source, because they're suppose to be the hottest stand of Hatch in New Mexico. That wasn't the case last year. The Lumbre was noticeably spicier! So, if your looking some of the best/hottest chili in New Mexico, DON'T HESITATE TO PULL THE TRIGGER ON THESE DELICIOUS PEPPERS! They're not as meaty as other strands, but that's the sacrifice you make when ordering the fire. Love this chili! I highly recommend.

We left NM 26 years ago but I still have to get my NM chile fix from The Hatch Chile Store. We have never been disappointed with the quality of chile (X-Hot Lumbre-unbelievably good & hot) from them and would not order from anywhere or anybody else. Down to 1 bag left so will reorder next year. Thanks Paul & Caroline, St Petersburg, Florida.

The Chile came in great shape, very few were bad. The downside was Im pretty sure it was not lumbre strain as they were 10-12 inches but were fairly hot, so I didnt complain. Definately have my pre-order in for 2016. Can't find better flavor with spice any where else.

Wonderful experience all around. Beautifully roasted, wrapped and peeled and presented so perfectly flat in plastic bags that fit nicely in the freezer. I will never roast my own chile again.
A life saver!
Also The chile was hot which is what I ordered.
So economical compared with making a trip to New Mexico at the hottest time of year and hurrying back before the chile turns.
Thank you! I'll be placing an order soon.

The 25 lb box of Lumbre chiles was excellent. It was so good that I already have pre-ordered another 25 lbs. Think of new ways to use the chiles in cooking and making sauces. Thanks again!

was not happy with the listing of Medium hot. There was nothing HOT about the product. When I contacted them I was sent powder which was also not hot.. Very disappointed. Wes Wesson

As a native New Mexican living in Wisconsin for the last 24 years I rely on getting my years supply of green chili shipped. Super service. Excellent quality and flavor for all my favorite dishes. Tastes just like it did when I lived and taught school in Hatch in the 1970's.

I purchased this for my son and daughter -in-law. They were very pleased with the chili and said it had a great taste. This was the first purchase but will be buying more in the future. I lived in Hatch and some of my family still live there. Thanks so much for the e-mails and updates !!!!!

This is a great little mask comfortable and as long as we have to wear them, we might as well wear one that has something we love on it.AKA Hatch Chile.
