I have ordered the Big Jim fresh green chile for three years now and I have been delighted with them every year. They always arrive extremely fresh and beautifully green. Opening the box is like finding gorgeous green jewels inside. The description of "medium-hot" is just right for these chiles. I will continue to order these chiles in the future. Chili was perfect, had bought some medium that was too mild and mixed the hot with it and it works perfect. You can adjust the hotness like that to your liking, really a great method. Product as allways is very good, you can't beat Hatch Chili. I live in Louisiana now but go home to New Mexico every Year to visit in Chama, and to bring back another years supply of Hatch Chili. Recommend it, 100%.

I order from Hatch Chile Store every year and each year I find it easier to order online from the site. The chiles arrive when they are expected and the one time when they didn't, I was sent out another box a.s.a.p. I am extremely satisfied with the entire process.

This Hatch Green Chile is without doubt the very best that I've ever tasted outside of New Mexico in early autumn. I've ordered from grocery stores and been sorely disappointed with the quality, freshness and flavor. I ran that experiment once and suffered the consequences for an entire year. Not going down that road ever again. True value is rarely beaten at bargain basement prices. If you are a big fan of Hatch Valley Chiles you can not get any better than these.

Can't get Hatch Chiles where I live, so have to order them online. Great value; chiles lasted for a week until I could roast them myself. Would order from them again!!

Last year I ordered 25 lbs of Medium Hot Green Chile. This year I ordered 50 lbs! Can't get enough!! I am a regular customer and always take advantage of the pre order offer. I'm from a long line of Hatch chile roasting peeling people. Growing up in West Texas with a mother from New Mexico, this is my late summer ritual. It takes me back to my childhood and the wonderful smells of roasting chile. AND it tastes so darn good. Here in Southern California, many stores sell "Hatch Chiles"--they are not the same--no where the size, taste of freshness.

Amazing, coming from Albuquerque and not being able to get real Green Chile in California I could not have asked for more. It shipped in a container that made it possible to sit on my door step till I got home from work with out worry of heat or damage. We will be getting more next season.

They exceeded expectations. It was very hot at the time of delivery and I was worried, but they came in fresh and pretty. We ate a few fresh and roasted and froze the rest. They taste so much better than canned. I will be ordering again.

We were pleased with our 2015 Hatch chile order. The peppers were really large and fresh and they charred nicely on our barbecue. We peeled and froze them and enjoyed pulling them out of the freezer to use in many dishes UNTIL we had a terrible wind storm in November that took out our power for a week. We lost everything in our refrigerators and freezers as part of the damage we incurred. So we're especially excited to get our 2016 order so we can once again enjoy these wonderful chiles!

Customer service is very nice and helpful. I only order my green chili from The Hatch Chile Store. Being a native from New Mexico, it's something I miss dearly and no other chili compares to their products! Definitely worth the money!

These peppers were so good! I am professional chef, whose mother lives in Aibiqu NM, and I live in the midwest. I ordered them for Cincinnati Food + Wine classic for my dish of Hatch green chili creamed hominy (perfect amount of spice, delicious flavor) with sugar and salt roast pork shoulder. The quality was great, and they had just the right amount of peel removed. They thawed easily and were super easy to work with. I would certainly order again!

These green chiles are fantastic. They are a good size and terrific flavor. They roast well and freeze well. I use them to make green chile with pork and everyone loves it. Can't get chiles like these in FL and they are well worth the price.

The chilies had great flavor and heat. Went through a 10lb box of Joe Parker and a 5 lb box of Sandia hot in less than a year. Won't buy chilies in a can unless it has Hatch on it.

Hatch Chile shipped my preordered Chiles as they said they would, on time and in perfect condition.
I received them and they were delicious !!!!
Being in the Mid-West I do not have a local source to obtain these fresh Chiles.
I have ordered other products like the roasted peeled and chopped frozen Green Chiles and those were fantastic as well.
Customer Service is always pleasure to deal with and I will be a life long customer !!!

My family is from El Paso, TX. Every fall we would buy fresh roasted Hatch Green Chile in a 25 pound burlap sack. We would take them home and divide them into ziplock bags and freeze them. We would eat form them the entire year. They freeze wonderfully! Now we are living in the southeast and MISS THEM SOOOO MUCH! When we found the Hatch website we were overjoyed! Last fall we ordered both the frozen green, and then a month later the frozen red chile and had them shipped to us. They arrived solidly frozen and in perfect condition. They were already divided up into vacuum bags of about 10 chile each. We are loving them! I actually like the red better now - more flavor. We ordered them pre-roasted and they are just like the ones we used to get locally in New Mexico. I'm a customer for life! Thanks Hatch!
