They are great! I'm glad I got the frozen roasted, as I no longer have sons at home to help me eat the fresh. I put them in everything & will definitely order again.

Sandia's have great flavor + mild heat ,
good for any type of dish.
We add Lumbre if we want slightly more heat.
Planning for larger order of
Sandia, Big Jim & Lumbre next season
All of your chiles I have tried are great
and well worth the price compared to
anything local at any time of year.

My husband and I were born and raised in Deming, NM and our children were born there before work called us to Minnesota. Brrrrr...but we get our Hatch green chile shipped through The Hatch Chile Store and that fixes everything year-round. Our chile arrives promptly, packaged carefully, peeled perfectly, flat and whole so we can decide if it's to be chopped or used whole. We cannot find similar products in our area for a comparable price. Thanks to The Hatch Chile Store for this great opportunity!

We didn't get our chile in the local stores here is the DFW area and we were so relieved to find that it wasn't too late to order it from you. We received our chile as promised and it was fresh and tasty! Thanks! We would do it again in a heartbeat! You saved our year.

I ordered 2 boxes of the medium hot hatch chiles. The first order arrived in good shape, but in the 2nd box I had 9 broken chiles, which were unusable. Other than that, I love them and will order again next year.

As former residents from The Land of Enchantment, we sorely miss the smells and tastes of the annual chile season and we've had to go without -- until we found The Hatch Chile Store. Through the Hatch Chile Store we now have a reliable source who provides us with a superior quality product that's a great value for the money. They deliver right to our door delicious fresh/frozen chiles (both red and green) and we plan to continue with them for many more years to come.

The chile arrived in perfect condition...firm flesh and bright color! The boxes used for shipping have been upgraded and certainly are a welcome addition.
I ordered two five pound boxes and with free shipping it could not have been a better deal!
This is the third year of orders and I am a customer for life!
The heat of the chile is perfect for us!
Thank you so much for a product that is exactly as advertised and delivered!!
Chile rock!!

These are very good peppers! Very fresh, clean, and delivery was perfect. I have to say though, the Chargers that I received have ZERO HEAT. NOTHING. It is a good green bell pepper flavor, but nothing else. Sorry guys, that's very disappointing when you order a chile to make salsa, rellenos, etc. for $100 and you get bell pepper flavor. The description was medium hot...I'm still going to can salsa, but I'll have to add spice from the Dollar General....
