We received our 25 lbs of chili all the way in ALASKA! It was in perfect condition (only 1 ruined chili in the whole box!). It is tasty, amazing chili....just like it was when we lived in New Mexico! So many thank you's!

After moving back to NY after living in Southern NM for some time, I was glad to find a chile source. Received the Joe Parkers quickly, they were all in good shape...no waste. Broiled and bagged them right away, ahhh that scent...and they are delicious..Will order again next year!

EXCELLENT chilies; only this good from Hatch! The key is to get them early if you can, like June or July, and order enough to last the year during the season and they're superior. But even when I ordered some earlier in the year they were still superior to anything I could ever buy in a store - may have been a bit more costly then since I had to get frozen ones, but these fresh ones are the best, no others come near it. Chilies can make or break a dish; these are the best and I can make anything taste good with them.

Had to wait for the outcome of our Hatch's Green Chili Stew cooked over the weekend and all I can say is, WOW! The Big Jim's had a wonderful, slow heat, but not too hot that made this recipe of ours mucho great. The chilis are large and peeled, making them easy to prepare. Well worth the price. Will definitely be ordering again!

I'm extremely satisfied with the green chile I received and love the discounted price with subscription. The chile arrived still frozen, and was peeled to perfection, meaty, and delicious. Highly recommend!

The Chile came perfect and on time as always! I thought the Sandia hot would be hotter but for some reason it always gets hotter in the freezer! Thank you.

We ordered the last batch of green chile for the season. We live in Oregon and so must rely on shipments from NM to get chile. This shipment arrived in good shape! Roasted, peeled and pre-packaged in resealable bags. All of which was great but expected for the high price. Sadly, the chile is not spicy and the flavor is not as good as other brands we have purchased.

This was my first order from this company, but it won't be the last. My chiles arrived in perfect condition, still frozen. They are, without a doubt, the best-tasting chiles I've had (I have tried two other sources before this, as I live in the East), and also had by far the fewest seeds (not a small thing,, when you cook with them as much as I do). The packages are each quite large, which is a little tough to fit in a crowded refrigerator, but the quality of the chiles is very, very good. I also appreciated the website telling potential buyers that the medium chiles were a little mild this season, as it allowed me to go up a level with some confidence. Glad I did, and very glad I found this company to get my chiles from.

We returned to Chicago after two weeks in the Santa Fe area in late September and couldn't get over our chile craving. We ordered 10 lbs of the Big Jim's and they were perfect- firm, meaty peppers, with great flavor and just the right amount of heat. We roasted and peeled them (smelled like NM!) and put them in the freezer for our mid-winter chile fix. So many things to make in the coming weeks. Thanks. We will order again next year.

I sent my daughter a gift of 5lbs hot sandia fresh chile. She moved to Brooklyn, NY from Denver, CO seven years ago and misses access to good chile in NY. She was thrilled to have them arrive on her doorstep, quite fresh and smelling of the southwest! She immediately roasted them and has a good supply to last through the holidays. THANKS HATCH for your excellent product and customer service!! K.Perry

As Always I really enjoy chili s I get from Hatches. I don't know anywhere else to get these. Hatches is very popular among the people I know. And when I talk to others , they also know about Hatches even if they have not purchased from them. I am very happy that there is a place like Hatches that I know I can get the Hot chili's I want. Keep up the good work and I hope you remain forever. Thank you Hatches!

Hatch is the best green Chile out there imo. This was my first time ordering their green Chile tamales. Overall taste was good but I could barely taste the green chile which was very sparse in 3 of them so I was a disappointed. They heated up wonderfully in the microwave following their instructions.

This was my first time trying Hatch chiles after hearing so much about them. The hype is well-deserved. After roasting, there’s a wonderful smoky, fresh flavor to them.

Delicious as ever, and 10 lbs was a great amount for us. I did 8 or 9 batches of 7-8 chiles each under the broiler for 11 minutes, 7 on the first side and 4 on the second side. Came out perfect.

I was very satisfied with the service and the personnel who handled my order !
Just a small critique, please use more tape when taping the box up and some kind of packing material!
The product was excellent and will be making another order next week!
The first order was very damaged, but was replaced immediately!
The second order was in great shape , with the exception of the tape coming off ion two sides .
Very pleased!

I ordered three 25-lb. shipments this time. I hope it’s enough for my husband and me ...
I love doing business with the Hatch store. Their chile is fabulous and their service is fabulous. What a winning combination! I order later in the season because I like my chile Christmas, so I let it turn some red before I roast it. Autumn roast.

The wait for harvest was long but well worth the wait! We live in Georgia and were raised in New Mexico so I miss my Hatches green chili. My husband prefers the Sandia chili and I prefer a little more mild. Love the service we received and will order again. Looking at website for more of your products!
