For people that love “Hot” Chile, Hatch is the place to go. Since moving out of New Mexico I have been buying Hatch Chile online. Have to have green chili with breakfast.

The aroma of these chiles roasting is to die for!!! These chiles are so flavorful and add to any recipe I've used them in. We froze some for enjoyment in the winter (live in central PA) and look forward to some of the dishes we prepared with these chiles while living in Las Cruces.

I love tamales but not those you can buy from the freezer section of central PA grocery stores. I would recommend the red chile pork tamales to everyone and look forward to ordering some green chile tamales soon. These are yummy!!!

I am from NC and attended New Mexico Tech in Socorro (NM) in the early 1980s. I remember the first bushel of Hatch chilis I bought, roasted over an open fire, and peeled. My fingers tingled hot and cold for days. It was an initiation into a world I knew nothing about. I developed an affinity for hot chilis that was not part of my heritage.
I moved back east after college and over the years made several heroic attempts to bring batch fresh Sandia chili peppers to SC. Hatch Chili Store makes the process painless and reliable. Thank the supreme being of your choice for HCS, and may all your chili dreams come true.

They arrived in three days and not two like I thought they would. I probably had between fifteen and twenty bad ones out of that batch. I was instructed to take pictures and send them to you but I decided not to and just leave it at that. They are a little bit hotter than I expected.

I grew up in Arizona and my family cooked chile with Hatch Chile. Your chiles arrived fresh. I made some chile Verde and with your chiles it made all the difference. Your employees helped me in every instance. I will buy more chiles. I told my brother about your store and he also placed an order.

I not crazy about tomatoes in my salsas so I add red with my green hatch chilies and it makes the salsa look like it has tomatoes.
Nice color. Roasted and packed in freezer for use when needed.
Thank you.
Can one still order the red Sandia chilies hot?
I shouldn’t have received the Big Jim but Hot Sandia and was assured that I would… how does one tell the difference?
Even if invoice says Big Jim, I should’ve gotten Hot Sandia chilies. Did I?
