Ordered 5Lbs of mild for my wife and roasted it, about a week later I received an e-mail stating they were sending me my 5Lbs of Chile I reached out explaining I had already received my order, and they let me know there was an error on their part and to enjoy the 5Lbs of Chile on them. If that is not great customer support I don’t know what is.

As always the chiles were great. The reality purpose of this review, however, is to give kudos to the excellent customer service. I preordered in the spring but found myself stuck away from home (working) when the peppers shipped. The excellent staff gave me a discount on a new order so that I could get the chiles shipped to the fire station I was assigned to for a prolonged period. Thanks a bunch!!!

Thank you for our Hatch Green Chiles! They arrived in great shape and we roasted them the day after they arrived. Hatch Green Chile's are our favorite. Being from Colorado we used to get them every year. We were so glad to be able to have them shipped to Tennessee. Thanks again.

We hope your workers are recovering well.

Received the chiles later than I was suppose to due to an awful accident on their end, understandable. They definitely were not medium, mild at best. When I went to grill them 5 days later after being in my well air conditioned home in Florida the bottom third of the box was rotten. Very disappointing after spending $100 on 25 lbs of green chile.

Having a hard time peeling them. When roasting we let them blister as much as the hot we ordered that we are not having a problem peeling. Strange.

The chile pods always arrive in perfect condition. I’ve eaten chile for many years, so I should pay more attention to the weather in Dona Ana county thereby I could more correctly anticipate where the chiles will be on the Scoville Scale. Maybe there could be a site that could predict where certain chiles will be that year, since each year’s chile are often a bit different in spiciness. But overall, the chile I received were great. Thank for your product

We are really enjoying our Hatch green chile! We haven't lived in New Mexico for over 35 years so were hesitant to order "hot". Ordered medium which turns out to be a bit too mild so, next time...
Roasted 'em all up the day they arrived, froze most, and have made soups, chili and salsa so far.

Disappointed this year. One third of the box was spoiled with soft spots, one third had turned red, and only the remaining one third were nice and green. We used 2 day shipping and the weather was not too warm that week. Not sure we will reorder next year.

Our Big Jim order of 25#'s got here in perfect condition (here being North Dakota).
Chili's were perfect. Large, fat & full of meat. I used economy shipping because they
do get here in great shape even with economy. Hatch Chili Store sent them on a Tuesday, and they arrived here on Friday. Flavor was great!! Even this late in the season they were all green,
which was what we wanted. Will keep buying from the Hatch Chili Store with a greast product and service like this.

This is my 3rd year ordering chilis from The Hatch Chili Store and I would never order from anyone else! Being from New Mexico but living in the Southeast, I miss my Green Chilis and they deliver great quality chilis at an extremely reasonable price. I order extra, roast and process them at home, then freeze them for a year-round chili fix! You won't be disappointed, I promise!
