I got this sauce to test it out since I’m really into sauces and some spice and I’ve become addicted to this sauce I try to use it with every dish ended up ordering 4 more so that I don’t ever run out before getting new batches in. I’m a really huge fan since I had my first taste

Great tasting green chili! I moved to Florida and they don’t have green Chili here, such a difference from west coast to east coast Mexican food.
Thank you ordering more

Hatch Green Chilies are arguably the best in the world and the Joe Parker medium are off the hook. Perfect blend of heat and taste. Thank you so much for your professional expedience in getting our orders processed and shipped. We’ll be back.
Muchas Gracias,

Ordered 10 lbs of Joe Parker. Great taste. The chili’s were not as fresh as you would have thought they would be. I went to sprouts the same day and they were 10x fresher. Will give these guys another try though.

I would prefer the traditional red chili pork tamales I received in the past from Hatch not Amigo’s in Deming. The tamales had more masa and less red chili meat than I had received in previous years. Thank you for resending the first order.

I had to check my order to see what we were eating. No discerable chicken and not much flavor. We each ate 1 and now I have the entire rest of the package that I'll probably end up throwing out 😕

Hatch green chile has become an essential part of our well being. As a result, to ensure our bounty lasts longer this year, I ordered another batch. Superb! However, for next year's processing, I'd like to suggest a finer chop, as the current size remains quite large for most recipes.

Very pleased with the chili pods and used them in chili colorado this week. My only wish is that you would carry other varieties of pods (ie: ancho etc) for one stop shopping and help make the minimum requirement for shipping which was expensive.

I'm from El Paso and grew up on Hatch chilies. Since moving to California 30 years ago, Hatch chilies and Dr. Pepper were the two things I missed the most. (Dr. Pepper finial started seling some years ago, but not Hatch Chilies).
Hatch chilies are THE best chilies in the world. none like them. Very special flavor. They make the best Chili Rellanos.

These Hatch chopped green chili packages were nicely packed in a insulated container to prevent them from thawing out. The packages can be thawed out individually and havea ziplock bag for resealing. The product itself was excellent, as always and we shared our with family and friends.

The chili flavor is the best ever but I ordered green chili and cheese and twice there was only green chili with no cheese. I don’t want a refund nor another replacement order. Just wanted to let you know it happened twice.

Small glitch in the shipping notification. Daniel handled the issue and I received my Rellenos in excellent condition within 10 days. It was over Christmas holidays, so understandable. Would use again.

Excellent chile taste with the right amount of heat (in my opinion). Retains enough of the smoky taste from the roasting process that enhances the flavor of everything you put it in. Reminds me of the real NM chile taste that I miss so much. The chiles are whole but de-skinned so preparation is easy and quick. These are well worth the cost for authentic NM taste. I live on the east coast and two day shipping works very well for me even in mid-summer.

This year's crop of Big Jim is excellent:) The flavor is great and as indicated, it is somewhat mild. I actually am more interested in flavor than heat level so this works out well. It is always my intention to support local business when possible, keep up the good work.

Have been ordering 25lbs boxes of Big Jims for several years now. This year was, as always, fantastic. Roasted and canned most of the box. Left a few for Rellenos. Plenty of heat without being overwhelming. NIce and fleshy. I'm in Seattle and choose the ground (longest shipping time) and they show up in great condition. So glad I'm able to get the best part of NM up in the Pacific Northwest!
