I ordered the chile as a gift
and have not had any
response so cannot give a review.
By the way my last name is spelled CALNAN.
I already gave a review on your service which was excellent!
I will use you again for gifts
but cannot order for myself as I am highly allergic to chilies. Unfortunate!

This is the best salsa I have ever tasted. It is not to hot and goes with everything,
from chips to hamburgers. Keep up the good work. All the items I purchased were
packed exceptionally well and arrived in excellent condition.

Big Jims never disappoint! Hatch Green Chile never disappoints! We roasted, got toasted, and had a party for our friends to experience the sites, smells, and tastes of New Mexico's finest! Only had one or two chiles that were a little worse for wear from the trip across the country. The majority were firm, green, and lived up to their name (Big!)

Thanks again for helping us close out August in the best possible way. Hatch delivery and roasting days are our favorite holiday!

Very delicious, most roasted well. Early season but not sure why there’s little to no heat to the pepper definitely a very mild pepper. I was hoping for the medium to hot as advertised. I might try a different type next time.

I ordered 2 5lb boxes of Medium-Hot Big Jim's as I do every year because you just can't get good Hatch Chile in Hawaii. The Medium-Hot Big Jim's are outstanding, just the right amount of heat with the sweetness of the Chile. I do not think I could survive without my annual Hatch Green Chile Fix. Roast them, freeze them and enjoy all year.

I got the red and green 575 for my husband's stocking and he loves them. He wants to use it, but wonders if things are "not worthy" so I'm buying more so he can feel he can use it whenever he wants. He loves making things "Christmas." He's usually a hot guy, but says this medium has great flavor.

There’s not enough good things to say about these guys and gals. I order 50lbs from them every year and it’s like clockwork, year after year! The chiles are packaged and delivered fresh. They ship them almost 2,000 miles to me in D.C. and they are as fresh as if I picked them up at Wagner’s in Corrales like I use to. Best customer service, delivering the greatest food on earth!

First there is no chili like a Hatch Green Chili. I lived in New Mexico for 9 years and fell in love. Now in Kentucky it has been almost impossible to get Hatch chiles......until now. After pre-ordering I received updates so I knew when they were being picked and shipped. The thought of "fresh off the vine" was exciting and did not disappoint. They arrived as if picked that day. I know have a stock in my freezer ready to go. I did use some the first night. Delicious and brought back memories of my time out west.
