Most apparel and drinkware is printed-on-demand by our fulfillment partner. Apparel arrives in 5–10 business days, drinkware in 5–10 days, stickers in 3–7 days. Standard USPS / UPS — no dry ice.
See the size chart on this page (apparel only). We carry XS–3XL on most shirts. Sizing runs true-to-size on our t-shirts and slightly fitted on polos. If you are between sizes, size up.
Check the product description on this page — material varies by item. Most apparel is cotton-blend, drinkware is stainless steel or glass, stickers are vinyl with bubble-free adhesive.
Apparel can be exchanged for a different size within 30 days of delivery (unworn, tags attached). Drinkware and stickers are non-returnable unless damaged in transit. Defects? Email us — we'll replace it.
Yes — all our swag is designed in-house at The Hatch Chile Store. We work with a fulfillment partner to print and ship, but the designs come from our team in the Hatch Valley.

Varies by item — check the product description. As a rule: our ceramic mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe; stainless tumblers are dishwasher safe (top rack) but NOT microwave safe; printed pint / wine glasses we recommend hand-washing to preserve the print.
Machine wash cold, inside-out, with similar colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron directly on the print. Don't bleach. Cotton-blends will shrink slightly the first wash.
USPS or UPS standard for all swag. Apparel and drinkware ship from our Printful-style fulfillment partner; stickers and smaller items ship from our Deming, NM warehouse. Tracking provided via email.
