I have found my go-to place for roasted green chiles! I'm in Phoenix and it's hot right now, so I paid for the overnight service. Worth every penny! Showed up on time and still completely frozen. Hi quality chiles and excellent flavor. I will continue buying from The Hatch Chile Store with their excellent service. Love my green chiles and look forward to trying their other products!

I was devastated when my sister moved from New Mexico and I didn't have a reason to drive thru Hatch anymore. It was alwase a stop to get some frozen green chile. Your frozen bags of extra hot chopped green chile are delisious. They are useful in so many ways. The delivery is quick and the chile arrives still nicely frozen. Thank you for the great chile and good service!

Our lst batch didn't survive the desert heat here in southern Az but you quickly sent replacements that did make it in fine shape. Will certainly continue to order from your company.

The chimis were very good except your chile flavor was over ridden by the big tortilla. The chicken was not the highlight ... not sure what was. I enjoy your chiles but they seem to get lost in your bland recipes. Definitely not hot ... or medium. Probably won't order more. Hot frozen chopped chiles ... 10 ... prepared products = 10 minus a lot.
