The chili always arrives perfectly packaged for storage and portioning when I need it. The chili is nicely peeled requiring very little prep from me and the flavor is always what I've come to expect. The chili are plump and delicious

Summer isn't quite right until my Hatch green chile arrives. This year the hot (Sandia) arrived first. Yes, 'tis spicy! I had to modify a couple of recipes, ie, reduce the amount of chile, for some of my anglo, yankee friends and relatives. With the reduced amount, they all nonetheless loved the flavor. But luckily I have lots of it left and will enjoy the roasted and frozen chiles for months to come, in quantities that only I seem to like. Correction: love. Maybe I'll have to ration myself in the spring, to tide me over til next year's shipment.

We love getting our Hatch Green Chiles every year here in Key West since moving from Albuquerque. We have never received a bad shipment. Always fresh and ready for roasting here. So easy to order and I'm happy to say this green chile shipment has already ended up on our dinner table in tamales, pasta and the list goes on and on. Since moving here in 2016, we order Hatch Green Chile every season and tell our friends to order theirs as well.

The fresh hot chile this year is delicious and was great fun to roast. We've added fresh green chile to nearly every dish - from eggs to soups, sandwiches to stews. The quality of the Hatch Chile Store shipments is always high and we will continue to be loyal customers for years to come. There's nothing like fresh, spicy New Mexico green chile to please the palate and bring a touch of home to Californians raised in the Land of Enchantment.

The Chile is good. I was a week late getting it, as the Chile arrived only after 7 days. I was out of town on a previously scheduled vacation after I expected the Chile to arrive. Some was a bit dry, but it all roasted up fine

Gotta love harvest time for Hatch Green Chili's! I ordered the 5lb. Hot, and they arrived in 2 days from NM to central TX.
After roasting and peeling them, I placed them into freezer bags where they'll be ready for adding into and onto, my many green chili recipes. Great job HCS!!

we received the chile in a timely manner and in good condition. We always look forward to getting the best chile in the world. After roasting and peeling, the chile did not have the normal heat that we have had prior. The great flavor was there, just no heat. How can we fix this?

They came very fresh as promised. We roasted them as soon as they hit our steps. That evening we ate fresh rellianos!!! The chiles were absolutely delicious!!!
They were not hot however. I might even have a hard time calling them medium. I guess this is a down side of an early crop.

our 2- 25lb boxes arrived safe and sound and in july. i orderd in April. paid regular 30$ shipping i did not upgrade to more expensive because last 2 years your products arrive timely and in good quality. no issues at all. we got the HOT and they are exact heat level we desired, hot.. we had a great time roasting and peeling all 50 lbs and making 1 lb freezer packs. 50lbs of raw pepper yielded us 20 bags 1 lb each FYI. we may have wasted some in peeling process so bigger yield may be possible but we were very satisfied with everything start to finish and will continue to order every year now that we are HOOKED!!!! fantastic fresh meaty quality flavor and very aromatic.

The Chiles arrived in good shape. Communication around delivery was timely. The Chiles were good sized and roasted nicely. The heat level was a little low this year compared to previous years but that is the way nature is. I will order again next year.

Hatch green Chile was delicious but it really wasn’t as hot as I remembered what hot was like when I lived in Colorado buying it at stands.😊
Nevertheless was tasty

Received the very fresh green chile's roasted the very next day and they peeled so easy using your instructions from the website. I ordered "hot" I would say a perfect heat to the foods I add the chile's to. See you next year

The chili was delivered as ordered. It looked as fresh as the day they picked them.
All during the process from the day of ordering, I was well informed on how the chilies were doing and where they were at for delivery. Outstanding Customer Service!
PS, PLUS, they send awesome recipes and also a variety of products.

The medium chile arrived within 2 days from my notification they were being sent. Most of the chile were starting to dehydrate; hover, they were not spoilng anywhere. I roasted and froze them the day I received the box. They were delicious as always.

Somewhat disappointed in the second box of Sandia because several had begun to rot or were rotted, even though I had paid for the second day shipping. Otherwise, very good quality.

I lived in Sante Fe for 7 years and developed a love for green chile and every year when my box arrives in the Northwest it is the happiest day of the year. This year I upped my order to 50 lbs just so we won’t ever run out. Never been disappointed nor have I ever received a bad pepper from this outstanding company. Highly recommend!!!!!

Short but serious love affair with hatch chilies. Great roasted on grill or in oven. 3rd year of ordering and no complaints! So happy to get fresh peppers in KC. Finding them in stores is hit or miss. Thanks for your hard work and excellent service

This chile is the real deal. Spicy, great flavor, and texture. As someone from NM now living in the east coast, this is a welcome option. My only complaint is that it is far too expensive.

This is the real deal- New Mexican Hatch Chiles. We love this spice and are repeat customers. It makes the best New Mexico Chile. The flavor is unlike any chile I can get here on the West Coast. Best of all, you're supporting home grown farms and families.

We bought a combined 40 lbs of medium and hot and got 29 cups of roasted, peeled, and chopped chili this year. The peppers were meaty and have great flavor. We only lost eight peppers in shipping but just as pleased with our order this year as we were last year. Will definitely consider buying another 25 pound box mid to late season just to ensure we have enough for the year.
