Preordered early in year. Received 50lbs “HOT” in mid July. Were all in great shape. Picked standard shipping not 2 day and made it to Pittsburgh Pa just fine. They are very hot but Cook down to perfection. Very meaty juicy batch!!! The smell and flavor is so specific and authentic we can’t get enough. We roasted and peeled ourselves this year, so much fun and interesting! Very satisfied customer.

Received my preordered 25 lbs of Big Jim/charger chiles. Never been more pleased. Good heat, very good heat, big meaty pods, a joy to have. Pre order and get the first of the year harvest. Not one had turned red and not a single one with stem rot, all shiny and fresh. Thank you hatch chile store. Great chiles great service.

This is a great Peoduct. You get 12 one pound packs of frozen roasted Hatch chilies. They taste great and they are healthy with nothing but the delicious Hatch fire roasted hot chilies. You can add them to sauces, stir fries, baked casseroles, or just add to scrambled eggs with mushrooms, cheese, or anyway you like it. I would definitely buy these afwin. They’re delicious and so easy to work with.

I grew up eating Hatch Green Chile. My parents were from Taos, N.M and raised us on the many cultural foods from N.M. . Roasting and peeling brought back great childhood memories. My Chile arrived in perfect condition. So fresh and full of flavor. I will be ordering another 10 lbs. Thank you Hatch Green Chile store

This is the best chile verde in the world, In fact, in the US, few chiles come close. Although I haven't traveled all over the world, only Spain, Italy and Croatia. None have anything as tasteful and good as our New Mexico green or red!!

I have not eaten any of my chile yet. According to the information included in the shipment, it should have arrived packaged in dry ice. Ours was barely cold.
Sincerely,

I was referred to their website by my aunt whom resides in new Mexico For the past 3 years, we have purchased 15 lbs of the Hot Sandia Hatch Green chilli. We put it in everything from scrambled egg, biscuits and gravy, tacos, enchiladas. We can't live without this wonderful ingredient. The company is amazing, the inform you on the status of your fresh shipment, and to see if you're happy. The customer service is bar none, the best.
Thank you

These chiles are so special. They can only be grown in southern NM. A unique flavor only NM can offer. It’s an open and shut case….

Great flavor and ample heat for green chili recipes. Shipping can be an issue during hot summer and fall periods, so be sure to utilize expedited shipping options.

We have ordered Hatch Chiles from the Hatch Chile Store for years, roast them at our home, then bag them to freeze for the winter to add to a vast majority of our breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. The chiles always arrive fresh, undamaged, and ready to be prepared.

My husband loves Hatch green chile roast. No other (in his opinion) is as good. He likes the hot variety best. He uses it to enhance stews, soups, enchiladas, tacos, roasted potatoes, sandwiches, burritos, spaghetti sauce, eggs and other things. The customer service at Hatch Chile Store is outstanding.

This is our third year ordering Hatch Chiles (and our largest order yet)! The chilies once roasted and deskinned were super tasty, and we're happy that we ordered two boxes so that we could share with friends who helped us process!! We're excited to have this patch for our sauces and diced jars to use over the year.
Also shoutout to your team for allowing us to move the date back when our initial delivery was when we were out of the country!! Y'all the real MVPs.

I live in Arizona but I’m from ELPaso, Tx I know being from that side of the country that Hatch New Mexico grows the best Chilies and I wasn’t disappointed they arrived perfect and the flavor out of this world so I ordered another 25lb box and I am eagerly waiting for that box.

I received my chile and roasted it up the next day. I had a local restaurant cook up half of it for delicious chile rellenos. The rest of it is in the freezer where it will be used throughout the year for use on eggs, enchiladas, tacos, and whatever else comes up. I have been ordering Hatch chile from the Hatch Chile Store for many years now and they have never disappointed, including making it right when i had a problem with the shipment.

Got a box of mild last season decided to go with a box of hot this season. They are definitely hotter, but not to hot. Both boxes of Hatch Chiles were delivered fresh and all nice and ripe. Love that authentic Hatch Chile flavor!

I have been ordering my green chile from Hatch Green Chile now for 6 years. I have tried fresh picked and roasted it myself, I have tried the frozen green chile whole and chopped, the red chile w/chicken tamales, the chili Rellenos, green and red chile sauces, and various salsas. Their products are the absolute best, I have never had reason to complain, only when I run out. Outstanding people to do business with and I love getting new recipes to try.

A bit pricey but the hot roasted chile was excellent. It came packaged well with the dry ice still frozen. I received 2021 frozen batch. I will have to order now inJuly if I want batch 2022 during the chile season. Customer service is awesome!! Thank you!

Outstanding customer relations!
I had some problems with my original order arriving frozen. Hatch green chili made sure that the product arrived in edible condition. If you live outside New Mexico I would request that products be sent out on Monday or Tuesday to avoid them sitting in the shipping warehouse over the weekend… dry ice only last for so long.
Great product awesome company. Highly recommend her dream chili and will definitely order again.

I was never able to try the hatch red & green chili roast as the glass bottle was shipped separately in nothing but a paper envelope. The post office delivered it and the glass bottle was shattered upon arrival. Not sure why this shipping method was used for glass as a box would have provided more protection.
