After living in NM and having the pork adovado, I have been trying to duplicate for years. With this
sauce, I am pretty sure I can do it. The taste is right. Glad I got only the mild which is spicy enough
for me.

Like the Hatch Chile New Mexico emblem along with the "Land of Enchantment" slogan. It will always be that!!
Am disappointed colors are not more vivid on each of the masks received.

Emblem gets lost, black or gray, have both!... Design not as striking and noticeable as expected from example. Very difficult to destinguish the chile peppers in the design.
Needs to be much clearer!! Yes, I'm disappointed in the workmanship!

The chiles did not disappoint. I've had " hatch" before but not ones grown where they are supposed to be grown, it's night and day. Don't hesitate on these just buy them, and buy more than your thinking you want as you will instantly start thinking about how to get them in many meals.

Ordered early this year and the Sandia's were big, and hot. We like like bigger chile better just because they are easier to peel after roasting them. Especially when peeling them after they have been frozen for awhile. Awesome chiles, awesome service.

I'm from New Mexico and I've been wanting some HOT hatch green chili and remember when I would go to the store in Albuquerque and asked for HOT, I got HOT. Here I paid almost $ 80 for a small batch of chili and it tastes mild and could have bough the same temperature chili's offered in the local grocery store. I'm not happy at all and don't know if I will use HATCH to ship up Hot chili to me. Its much cheaper to have family send me some true HOT Hatch chili. :(

Perfect heat level, too hot for most, not for all. Easier to dilute down than add heat of a different flavor! Peppers were in perfect shape. I roasted and froze all of them 4 days after arrival still in great shape.

Our order of 20 pounds of fresh hot Sandia Green chile from Hatch, New Mexico arrived as a 25 pound box in excellent condition. Roasted it over charcoal and alder wood. It is the degree of hotness we love. Certainly cannot find anything comparable here in any store in Juneau AK. Great value for the price. Will order the same size next year.

This is the best option short of visiting New Mexico during the chile harvest. They were delivered in good shape all the way to Georgia. The only thing not included in the box is the smell of roasting chiles as one walks the local streets of New Mexico.

The product was as described and roasted wonderfully. Hint. We use the BBQ to roast the chiles. We place them in a clean 5gal bucket with a lid to let them steam a bit & then peel the skins off under cool running water. Remember to wear gloves (latex or nitrile) & don't touch your face or eyes. We place them in vacuum sealed bags and freeze them for use throughout the year. Muy bueno!

We have been getting 50lbs of mild green chiles from The Hatch Green Chile Store for 9 years and it seems that they taste better every year. We live in Florida and have them delivered overnight and they are all in good shape when delivered. The store provides great service - they keep you informed about the status of the crop, estimated dates when they will start picking them and then notifying you of the day they will be shipped. It still amazes me that the chiles are picked one day and the next morning they are sitting on my door step.

We roast them on our outdoor grill and our favorite meals are (1) chile rellenos and (2) grilled green chile, chicken and cheese sandwich - make it the same way as a grilled cheese sandwich except use Monterey Jack cheese, slices of grilled chicken, and a whole green chile or two. My son-in- law had his first taste of them this past year and is now ordering 50lbs for their family this year.

Note, I said we get 50lbs every year - by me and my son-in-law get 25lbs. I had 50lbs on my mind because I will be roasting both my order and my daughter's/son-in-law order.
