I was notified that chiles had shipped, tracked order, was dismayed to see that "seller cancelled order" just as it was supposed to be delivered. Contacted customer service who explained that harvest delayed due to rain. Fed Ex site was really confusing. Once my order did ship, it got to my city in two days and sat there for an extra day, was not delivered to me until mid afternoon of third day. This was annoying as I paid for two-day shipping. That said, chiles were in good shape and I only lost half of one chile. Problems I had were largely Fed-Ex.

Super yummy! We roasted ours on our gas grill, then did the marathon peel & chop. Not super hot but super tasty. Great communication by the store folks as weather impacted delivery dates. Worth the wait!

We lived in Las Cruces for 10 years, and throughout the nine years we have been back in Ohio my wife has longed for the taste of green chile cheeseburgers like the ones she savored at Sparky’s and The Owl Bar and the Double Eagle. For one day our house smelled like September in Las Cruces while we grilled and peeled the Hatch chiles we received from you. And that night - for the first time since 2011 - she had a genuine New Mexico green chile cheeseburger. Your product is excellent, and the delivery was timely.

Always happy with my chiles from the Chile Store, however this years crop was above and beyond. I am rarely satisfied with the amount of heat in even my x-tra hot. Not this time. My nose runs like everybody else's. Great flavor with outstanding heat. Makes me really miss my grandmother. It's because of her that I have an undying love of the New Mexico chile. I've been buying here for many years and will for many more. I can find them cheaper but not with the confidence that I have here.

I ordered medium-hot chilies. The chilies were fresh and flavorful. I was disappointed with how mild the chilies turned out to be. Only a few chilies had some heat.

Reminds me of the Hatch stand at the end of 4th Street and Rio Grande Blvd. in the North Valley in 1983. Still tastes amazing. Nothing like it anywhere.

Green chilis arrived in perfect condition and ready for roasting. I let a few ripen to red for a "Christmas" effect. Delicious. I have used some and froze more for use over the holidays. So glad to have an opportunity to enjoy one of my favorite New Mexico foods when not in the state. Love these chilis.

This comment is for the last shipment of the season. I would recommend not waiting that long and getting them before mid October. Close to half my shipment had turned red, but I roasted them anyway and made delicious chicken and chile sandwiches. I got some a few weeks earlier and they were quite good. Seems like the later shipment was meatier than the earlier ones. I have no idea how they decide what goes in a box.

My family and I recently moved to Tennessee from the West Coast. I’m a long time super lover of Hatch Chili, raised on New Mexico Style Enchiladas, Green Chili Stew, Tamales and any other chili related recipes I have come across.
One of my big concerns about our move was the possibility of not being able to get my hands on fresh Hatch Chili at an affordable price, your company and family put that concern to rest, keep up the good work, look forward to future Chile purchasing and your recipes.
Sincerely,
Rob

The Chili’s were beautiful! They were so nice and fresh with no bruises, and very fragrant. I roasted them in the house and the aroma was wonderful. I froze most of them so I’ll have Chile’s until next season

The peppers are very delicious. I pickle most so to have a supply throughout the seasons till next harvest. The green ones taste great and the red ones are just as tasty!
Purchasing by the bulk saves time and eliminates worry on whether the store has what I'm seeking.
I am delighted with Joe Parker peppers!

Living in Illinois we cannot get "real" Green Chile. I have ordered from Hatch 3 times. I have purchased Green Chile powder, roasted frozen Green Chile, and fresh Green Chile. We have had a wonderful experience every time! I was born in Roswell and raised in Texas. This is a perfect way to get " your Chile on!! Thank y'all so much!

Customer service is excellent! Expect speedy replies to emails. I had several questions about which variety to buy and received excellent, quick advice. The 25 lb box arrived as advertised (I paid for 2-day) with no spoilage at all. Beautiful, large, plump peppers. The heat is as advertised, although I'm sure some would like an even hotter chili. But "hot" describes this pepper well. I'm a New Mexico native, Hatch is the best chili anywhere, and I am pleased you can trust their website to be accurate in describing the chili.

Received my order promptly and in excellent condition. Value on the 5lb box is excellent. I was pleased to be able to buy fresh chiles past peak season. Smelled wonderful when I roasted them and no doubt will make an excellent chile verde.

Love these chilis! They arrived in perfect, fresh condition! It was such a pleasure ordering online and receiving these clear in Montana! I charred them and canned them, with the exception of a few we ate immediately on our burgers! Thank you Hatch for online sales!!

We ordered our first batch of Green CHilis from you last month. They were delivered on time and were very good. Only problem was they were not hot at all. We ordered the Sandia peppers so I expected them to be somewhat spicy. For the most part they were not hot at all. There were a few in the batch that were hot but for the most part, not hot.
