The Big Jims are my favorite "family" chile, because my 11-year-old can handle them, albeit in small quantities. They offer a nice kick, but aren't going to knock your socks off. They're very flavorful.

Delicious!! Anxiously waited for delivery but when it arrived, opening the box was green chili heaven. Aroma that lets you know it was freshly picked. Ordered 25 pounds but think I will order a mixed batch next time. Need some “fire”. We pulled out the BBQ and roasted all afternoon. My freezer is very happy. WE ARE TOO!!

The chili I ordered (Big Jim - roasted, chopped, and sent frozen) is delicious and the right spiciness for me. For the most part, it came still frozen but the top package was starting to defrost so I had to use it right away (which was no problem as I had been tasting it in my dreams!). I will definitely order again.

The chile arrived in perfect condition. The taste was fantastic! The heat on this chile was just right. The previous order of medium was not hot enough. I suggest Hatch offer a variety pack so you can try each level of heat. This will help customers find that perfect heat for them.

Chiles arrived in good shape and in a very quick time after ordering especially since we live in Hawaii. After living 30 in NM we miss our green chiles here. We ordered Sandia chile because we like the heat in them. Last year the chile was hot. This year from what we have used, they are much milder. However, the flavor is very good and we have our chile and our green chile chicken enchiladas. Yea!

Most BEAUTIFUL Chile Peppers. Great color, firm and excellent flavor. Excellent value as here in NC not many choices outside of grocery stores. And, very few know of Green Chili! Lived in CO and always loves. Will definitely purchase from again.

Living in Arizona for a year, I feel in love with the Hatch Chiles. Now that I'm back in Washington State I was terribly disappointed that I couldn't find Hatch Chiles here.
Just by chance googling Hatch Chiles I found the Hatch Chile Store. I was really pleased with my shipment of Extra Hot Hatch Chiles. They were fresh, and just beautiful! I'm glad I found your store. I'll be ordering more in the future.

I have been buying your Hatch Chile for about ten years now. I have always roasted my own chile and this year decided to buy the whole roasted and peeled chile. It is the most convenient thing ever. Our chile arrived exactly when they said it would. It was completely frozen, which is fantastic. and it is delicious. Couldn't have been easier to get my chile fix on in Georgia!

These are very tasty chiles, well packed, delivered on dry ice. Only one of the bags was thawed, the rest were still frozen. I have ordered from Hatch for years, and I have been really pleased. These green chiles make the best green chile sauce that money can buy. A real treat (especially since we moved from the southwest to the east - you can't buy them in the east). If you are ordering some from the 2020 batch, they are super super mild. (My rating would be very good, except they should have been labeled mild) We ordered the medium-hot (which usually sizzles), but this year they were as mild as a kitten's breath. Very little spice at all. We will most likely buy the bottled green chile (to heat it up), which runs super hot. Or, we may have to re-order with really hot chiles to even it out.

Shipped quickly and arrived in good shape. A little disappointed in the "hotness" factor. These are billed as hot and I was looking for smoking hot. While not smoking hot, they are very good with good flavor.

It was in very good condition and I was very happy with it except the fact it wasn't hot at all I'm from New Mexico and I was really expecting hotter because I did order hot but it had no bite at all but all in all I was happy I got my chile.
