Very fresh on delivery. Easy to roast and peel. Delicious! Kinda of expensive, but then again I don't live in Las Cruces anymore. The Big Jim could be a bit hotter...perhaps think of selling mixes of Big Jim and Sandia.

This year is the 3rd year in buying chili, but this year I'm to going toel try the whole roasted frozen. I'm looking forward to chili reellenos.
Later I except to try your tamales. I also want tp try the dried red chili pods.

Very happy with this delivery of Hatch green chile.

This is my first time ordering green chile through the mail and I was nervous, but everything was as described, and I'm so happy to be able to add green chile to my bland New England food.

The Joe Parker isn't as warm as I expected, but I was warned about that during the ordering process. I was worried that my taste buds might have lost their ability to handle the heat so I didn't want to get chile that was too hot. Joe Parkers are just right.

This green is excellent-arrived as stated and well packaged to easily fit in my freezer. I do wish there were smaller packaging options (not smaller order volumes) - so if I just want to use a small amount like for cheese burgers I don't have to open/thaw a full pound. This size packs is great for stew, sauce but not just throwing green chile on anything like we did when we lived in NM

Couldn’t be happier with my 2020 Joe Parkers. The box came on time and the condition of the chiles were beautiful. I ordered the Big Jims last time, and they were a bit too hot for my palate. The milder Joe Parkers are just right, and they peel so easily, much more so than the Big Jims, after being roasted.

This is the second year I have ordered the 25 lbs. They have shown up when I figured they would. It takes quite a few hours to smoke it all. So, next year I might just go to Harmony grocery store the last part of August and get them to roast them for me. Been getting hatch peppers from you for last 10 years. Have never been disappointed.

These are perfect: the right size, well roasted and the skin cleaned off meticulously. I like one on a toasted English muffin, with grated cheese and a poached egg. I call it Eggs Neuvo Mexico. Reminds me of growing up in the Pecos Valley in Eddy County. Viva New Mexico
They do all the hard work and we enjoy the flavor.

Finally! Mild Hatch Green Chiles that are actually mild, like the good ol' days! We tried batches from other sellers over the last several years, but "mild" always turned out to be quite hot. Because I was on vacation, I wasn't able to get to my local store in California to pick up my green chiles. Sometimes I'm lucky enough to get the Big Jims from my tia in Santa Fe. But this year, I ordered from here. I just arrived to find my little box in the freezer. I opened up my first medium, hot chiles to have with my breakfast. Boy, am I super disappointed. Maybe it's this one bag, but the chiles have zero taste, less than a green pepper and they are mild mild mild- not even a speck of picante. So sad and honestly, with the value, I probably would never order again unless you could convince me otherwise. I promise, if the other bags are different, I will post, but then again the value will still be rated poor. I had so much hope for the winter season.

Product is good but it arrived in a crushed foam container, open to air within the box so was no longer frozen. This was not a problem with the green that arrived separately. Als I sort of expected a smaller chop for,the red. It is a pretty coarse chop that I needed to rework rather than use directly

Sorry, must mention delivery. You use UPS. Even though my package is clearly marked "perishable", my monthly delivery is just thrown on my porch. I am home. If not for the confirmation email, i would not know it was sitting on my porch for FOUR hours! You might want to discuss this with your delivery service.
