The chilies are excellent, we just made a batch of green chili stew last in fact. The flavor is good and spicy. I highly recommend chilies from Hatch Chili Store, honestly you can't go wrong.

This is the first time I've ordered chiles. I m very happy with the product. I ordered the "hot" chiles and they are definitely what I expected. I'm enjoying the delicious salsa and dishes I've prepared. I've also shared with my friends who are very happy. ( delivery was on the date that you told me to expect them. I roasted them and froze them as soon as I received them). Thank you.

I live in Florida but I'm from Colorado I have been looking for green chili everywhere without being able to find it I ordered my first batch and it came in so delicious I blend it with cream cheese and the potato and make a soup out of it with shrimp I use that sauce to put on my burritos on my eggs or just eat it plain and it is delicious I love it.

After visiting New Mexico in person and traveling around the whole state, my girlfriend and I feel in love with the cuisine, in particular the chiles. After a little search, came across the Hatch Chile Store and felt no hesitation pre-ordering 25 lbs of the fresh Big Jim/Chargers peppers.

They arrived a few months later after harvest began and we were so excited. The one and only thing that could be considered negative was the extra day it took FedEx to deliver the package, despite paying for the 2 day delivery, it took them 3, in the middle of a heatwave. So we have a chunk of the peppers spoil in the box. BUT that was no fault of the Hatch Chile Store, and when I brought it up to them, they offered to refund the amount of peppers we lost monetarily or with more peppers, as well as the shipping costs and would pursue the matter with FedEx so we didn’t have to. Truly great business practice.

We immediately began processing right away (please wear gloves when processing fresh peppers), and roasted them in all different ways (straight on grill, griddle pan on stove, in the oven, and even the air fryer), bagged them up after skinning and deseeding and popped the majority in the freezer. Definitely had to leave a bag out to throw into just about everything we made that week though.

Thanks so much, we can’t wait to share the food we make for our friends and family with all these peppers now!

We roasted them and froze them, so haven't had any as yet, as we had some from local from last year still to go through! I grew up and cut my teeth on Hatch chiles and can't get the Big Jim's here in Ca, so was thrilled when I discovered your website!

First time ordering from Hatch Chili Store. Choose 2 day shipping, was notified in advance that my Chili’s were on there way. Received my Medium Joe Parker’s and they were very fresh picked. Roasted them myself and vacuum packed for freezer storage. I already made a cornbread recipe with them and was delicious. The medium are a little spicy, but still good. Super happy with them.

Love my fresh Hatch chile! Once upon a time, we would drive to NM to pick it up. Then we would order from individuals who took orders early and delivered to a high school 400 hundred miles awayfor pickup. As we have aged, this has not been feasible. Now, the ability to order and have it delivered to our home has been a fantastic development. Ease of ordering, prompt delivery to my door and the most delicious chile in the world! What's not to like?
